Anonymous said: [cont.] 2) If someone is taking you for granted you've every right to go your own way. You're an absolutely amazing person and they're lucky as hell to have you as their friend. If they can't realize that, you're in every right to call them out on their shit or walk out of their lives. Don't let toxic people control your life, and don't love someone who won't love you back, who'll take you for granted. You deserve the best sweetie.
Thank you so much I understand completely what you’re saying. It’s my significant other who told me this. Lately I feel like I’ve had to walk on eggshells to keep him from getting upset so I asked him (and I do this often to make sure he’s emotionally satisfied with me) and anyway tonight I asked again and he said “I’m annoyed with everything.” and I understand where he’s coming from it just broke my heart to read that bc I try so hard to be everything he needs and in this case doesn’t need and I’m afraid of losing him which seems ridiculous, I’m only 16. I just feel lately that it’s a fucking battle to keep him happy. Again thank you, you really did help me feel a little better ily and I’m sorry to you and all of my other followers for clogging up your dash with my shit

Anonymous said: Sweetie, I'm gonna give you two tips. (btw same asshat as b4). 1) People need space. Not just others. You do. No matter how close you are to someone or if you talk everyday for hours at a time, remember to take a day to yourself every now and then. Go play guitar on the porch. Turn off your phone and sleep in. And same goes for the other person. They sometimes need to tell you that they need a lil while to themselves and that's okay and that's healthy for your friendship.
(I’m going to reply to the next one)

Anonymous said: Sweetie, no one is unnecessary. It is normal to feel that way simply because of random realizations of how small we are compared to the world as a whole or whatever the fuck your reasons, but you DO matter. And you WOULD be missed. Hell I'd miss your tags in this stupid site. It's okay to sometimes feel worthless, to not be okay; as long as you remember that your life means something, and big or small, you've touched the lives of many people, and many people care about you and love you.
You just made me bawl my eyes out idk who this is but I love you thank you
And to everyone else please remember this

In the past, of course, many serial killers had no need to hide behind the facade of a conventional way of life. Historical figures such as the sixteenth-century Hungarian countess Elizabeth Bathory were in a position to do what they liked; in Elizabeth’s case what she liked was torturing servant girls to death. She would pierce them with pins, needles, and branding irons, burn their genitals with lighted candles and then attack them in a frenzy, tearing their breasts to pieces. During they torture sessions, she would also bite chunks of flesh from the girls. One victim was forced to cook and eat her own flesh. After these orgiastic rituals of torture and murder, the bodies of the girls would be left to rot, or dumped outside the castle walls for wolves to eat. This continued for yeas, without anyone intervening. It was only when Elizabeth started to torture daughters of the nobility instead of mere peasant girls that the king decided to put a stop to her activities and ordered a night raid on the castle, catching her in the act. Even then, instead of being executed like her servant accomplices, Elizabeth was given a special dispensation, and, despite the fact she had killed hundreds of victims, ended her days imprisoned in her castle.

A Clockwork Orange (1971)
"There was me, that is Alex, and my three droogs, that is Pete, Georgie, and Dim, and we sat in the Korova Milkbar trying to make up our rassoodocks what to do with the evening. The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence."
